Tiffany has been involved in gymnastics since age 12. She competed at the Level 10/Elite level for 12 years. Tiffany attended Northern Illinois University on a full scholarship, competing for 5 years at the collegiate level, where she then received a degree in Preventative and Rehabilitative Exercise Science. Tiffany began her coaching career while training in high school with a total of 25 years! She enjoys coaching all classes and levels. Her specialty is competitive women’s team gymnastics. When asked, Tiffany said, "I look forward to many years of growing and teaching young children in a fun and safe way. I hope to share my passion for the sport of gymnastics, with each and every child that comes through our doors."
Tumbling Instructor
MARIAH MERVIN
Mariah is the head tumbling coach at Southern Elite. She was a three sport athlete in high school (cheerleading, track, and basketball) which earned her Female Athlete of the Year of the graduating class of 2016 at Hilton Head Island High School. Following high school she went on to study accounting in Kansas where she played collegiate soccer and competed on their cheerleading team. Since then Mariah has begun coaching the varsity cheer team at Hilton Head Island High school, adopted her little brother, gotten engaged, and just recently bought a house. She loves what she does at the gym and has hopes of owning her own all star cheerleading gym in the near future.
Parkour Couch
JEREMEY QUINN
Jeremey is Junior Parkour Coach for kids age 5 and up. In the last 20 years as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer, he has worked with athletes from beginner to the professional level with a number of those years spent focusing on young athlete development. Jeremey started his movement journey climbing trees and on the playground, then moved on to team sports including springboard diving to learn how to “flip”, Martial Arts and Acrobatics, and finally to Parkour. He lives on Daufuskie Island with his wife and two junior Parkour athletes.
